The Penrith Panthers are the 2015 NSWRL Club Championship winners, claiming the Flowers Memorial Pennant.
The Club Championship is contested over the three NSWRL Competitions – Harold Matthews Cup, SG Ball Cup and VB NSW Cup.
Named after Fred Flowers, the first Chairman of the league's Australian Board of Control in 1924, the title goes to the club with the highest aggregate points at the conclusion of the competition rounds.
This is the Panthers’ second NSWRL Club Championship in as many years after taking out the honour last year.
The future appears bright for the club from the foot of the mountains, with its Harold Matthews and SG Ball sides finishing seventh and second respectively. Penrith also finished equal first in the VB NSW Cup alongside Wyong and Mounties.
The Panthers earned a combined total of 64 points across the three competitions to claim their second consecutive NSWRL Club Championship.
The Flowers Memorial Pennant was today awarded to the Penrith Panthers at Pirtek Stadium at half time of the Sydney Shield grand final.
