Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has reduced his squad to face Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium on Saturday.
Josh Mansour has been ruled out with a minor shoulder (AC joint) injury, with Malakai Watene-Zelezniak named as his replacement on the wing.
Tim Grant has also been omitted and will play for the Panthers Canterbury Cup side against Newcastle.
