Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has finalised his side to face Gold Coast Titans at Cbus Super Stadium.
Tyrone May has been promoted to the starting side, with Billy Burns dropping back to the bench, after Viliame Kikau was earlier ruled out with a minor calf injury.
The Panthers will field the competition's least experienced line-up, with only 968 combined NRL games between the 17 players.
Kikau joins Dylan Edwards (hamstring), Api Koroisau (elbow), Dean Whare (thigh), Brian To'o (ankle), Kurt Capewell (knee), Zane Tetevano (back) and Jed Cartwright (shoulder) on the sidelines.
The Panthers will wear the pink 2020 Alternate Jersey.
