Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has reduced his squad to face Newcastle Knights at BlueBet Stadium on Thursday.
Paul Momirovski and Scott Sorensen have been omitted, with the latter to play for the Panthers NSW Cup side against the Knights.
The Panthers will wear the 2021 ANZAC Jersey.
