Panthers Jersey Flegg coach Jono Rolfe has named his squad to face Newcastle Knights at St Marys Leagues Stadium on Saturday.
The winner of the clash will progress to the Major Semi-final the following week against the Roosters, while the side that loses will play the Minor Semi-final.
The side includes 10 players from the club's triumphant 2022 SG Ball team.
