Coaching clinic kicks off 2023 pre-season

"It's really important to have alignment from the top down," NRL assistant coach Peter Wallace said.

"There are some core fundamentals that we base our training on. If we can get that alignment right, it will really help the players as they come through the grades."

"Culture and DNA is really important at the Panthers. Ivan Cleary and the coaching staff have instilled that," Pathways coach Jono Rolfe said.

"It's important that our programs and resources are aligned. We need to make sure the language is the same and our coaching drills are the same across all grades."
