Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has finalised his to face St George Illawarra Dragons at BlueBet Stadium.

Playmaker Jack Cogger will make his club debut after being named on the interchange for the Round 14 clash.

Izack Tago will start in the centres after recovering from a pectoral injury, which will see Tyrone Peachey shift to 18th man, while Spencer Leniu (ruptured testicle) has been cleared to play.

The six State of Origin players - Brian To'o, Stephen Crichton, Jarome Luai, Nathan Cleary, Liam Martin and Isaah Yeo - have also been cleared to face the Dragons.
