Penrith Panthers have secured the 2023 NRL Minor Premiership for the third time in four years with victory over the Cowboys in Round 27.
The 2023 achievement is the club's fifth Minor Premiership, having also finished first in the regular season in 1991, 2003, 2020 and 2022.
The JJ Giltinan Shield will remain at the foot of the mountains after Ivan Cleary's men won 18 matches this season to finish at the top of the ladder.
