The Nepean Business Network hosted a Melbourne Cup Breakfast on Tuesday morning in support of Panthers on the Prowl.
The event was held at the newly opened The Orchard, down near the banks of the Nepean River, and raised $47,274 for Panthers on the Prowl.
Guests enjoyed a light breakfast and champagne on arrival, were entertained by the stunning vocals of Lynsey Mackay throughout the morning and had the chance to win some great raffle prizes and participate in auctions.
All funds raised will go directly to Panthers on the Prowl as they continue to help our young men grow into healthy resilient adults, and to assist in funding their new ‘Empowering Young Women Program’ which is currently in the works.
Panthers on the Prowl exists to provide a team of specialist teachers who provide a range of programs and initiatives for students in the wider Penrith area who are at risk of disengaging from school. These programs aim to develop resilience, improved physical and mental health and life skills to journey into adulthood.
