Penrith Panthers is pleased to confirm Preston Riki has signed a contract upgrade and extension with the club.
Not only has Riki been promoted to the Top 30 for the 2024 season, the forward has also extended his contract until the end of 2025.
The 26-year-old joined the Panthers in 2022 after three seasons with the New Zealand Warriors’ NSW Cup team.
As well as representing the Maori All Stars last year, Riki has been a key player in the Panthers’ NSW Cup side.
“On behalf of everyone at Panthers, I’d like to congratulate Preston on being elevated to the NRL squad and for re-signing with the club,” Panthers Rugby League CEO Matt Cameron said.
“Despite having a couple of injury setbacks over the past couple of years, Preston has shown his character through persistence, hard work and dedication to the Panthers.
“We are pleased to see Preston remain in Panthers colours and we’re looking forward to seeing his continued career progression.”
