Brad Schneider has been named in the halves to replace Nathan Cleary (shoulder), while Luke Sommerton starts at hooker for the suspended Mitch Kenny.
Liam Martin returns from a one-game suspension, while Luke Garner (hamstring) and Paul Alamoti (arm) have been included on the extended bench.
