Four Panthers named in RLPA Dream Team

The Rugby League Players Association (RLPA) is proud to announce the 2024 Players’ Dream Team – the best 14 players by their positions - as voted by NRL players.

The Penrith Panthers have the most players included in the Dream Team with four. Dylan Edwards and Jarome Luai are joined by Isaah Yeo (2nd appearance) and Brian To’o (3rd appearance).

To’o now climbs to equal-third on the all-time appearances list behind James Tedesco and Cameron Munster, becoming the most-capped outside back of all-time in the Players’ Dream Team.

This year sees the Impact Player introduced to the Players’ Dream Team for the first time, recognising the contributions and game-changing influence of a player who primarily starts on the bench for their club team.

“On behalf of the RLPA I’d like to congratulate these 14 players for making the 2024 Players’ Dream Team,” said Clint Newton, the CEO of the RLPA.

“It is a huge honour to be recognised by your peers as the best player in your position for that season. The Players’ Dream Team is full of some of the season’s most damaging and influential players. The players that can change games, inspire their teammates with their actions, and help drive the teams to
victory.”
