NSW Cup Highlights: Round 6

David Fale grabbed a hat-trick while Asu Kepaoa and Daine Laurie scored a double each. Luron Patea, Jesse McLean and Riley Wake also crossed the stripe, as Zack Lamont kicked six goals and Toelau slotted two.

The Panthers point-scoring feast begun in the 14th minute, when Toelau played a short pass to unleash a rampaging Patea close to the line.

Toelau had his fingerprints all over the Panthers next try, creating space on the left edge where Lamont's quick hands sent Kepaoa strolling over.

Jesse McLean created the Panthers next try from inside his own half, drifting cross-field to put David Fale into space, who found Kepaoa in support to score his second.

Toelau orchestrated another dazzling four-pointer when he toyed with the Manly defence before spinning left. Another quick shift by Lamont and some silky Mavrik Geyer movement saw Fale slice through.

The Panthers squeezed in a fifth try before half-time, with Daine Laurie putting the foot down after receiving the ball out the back.

With Lamont kicking five goals from five attempts, the Panthers took a 30-0 lead to the sheds.

The Panthers picked up where they left off in the second stanza, with the left edge combining for another long-range try. Geyer burst into open space from inside the Panthers red zone, who found Fale backing up to finish off the move.

Jaxen Edgar was quick to announce his introduction to the match, laying the ball on for McLean to score with a terrific finish on the right wing.

Fale secured his hat-trick on the hour mark, cruising over as Toelau registered another assist.

The halfback continued to torment Manly, paving the way for the Panthers next try by sending Patea into open space. The runaway prop found Laurie backing up in support for his second of the game.

The Panthers completed their scintillating performance with an outstanding 10th try.

Kepaoa broke into the backfield from within the Panthers half, and a quick play-the-ball invited his team to keep the attack moving. A spread from left to right culminating in Riley Wake scoring, fittingly, from a Toelau pass.

With five tries in each half, the Panthers walked away with a resounding 56-0 win.
