A former Australian Schoolboys representative, Eisenhuth played reserve grade with the Panthers. He made his NRL debut for Wests Tigers in 2017 against the against the Cronulla Sutherland Sharks in Round 15. He returned to the Panthers ahead of the 2021 season. Eisenhuth is signed at the club until the end of the 2024 season.
